Oursecond mission is to be an incubation center for young entrepreneurs: undergrads and grads in EE and CS in the nearby engineering colleges are bubbling with ideas and enthusiasm, and we help shape these into concrete products/ideas that could be patented and/or published into technical papers, and help them start out on their own.

MDN's underlying mission is to provide a technical haven for elite professionals wanting to return to their hometowns.
