Human Resource Manager

Manipal Dot Net is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Manager to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to foster a positive work environment that aligns with our company values and objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee all human resources (HR) activities.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment for all employees.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage HR budgets and resources effectively.

Desirable Skill Set:
  • Experience in a similar industry or domain (a plus, not mandatory).
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) (a plus, not mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.

Personal Skills:
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.

  • Master's degree(preferred) or Bachelorís degree in a relevant field will be considered.
  • 5+ years of experience in a human resources leadership role.
